Frankly, I was surprised to see the numbers that high in either year, considering that ALL women have benefited from the struggles of African Americans for their voting rights, equal employment opportunity, equal pay, and the notion of societal fairness in general. If Romney is elected, even if there are more jobs, there will certainly be less pay equity and less pay in general.

Most dangerous to the future of the country I had big hopes for all my life is that racism and sexism will be out of the closet and maybe even in vogue.
