Ann Romney to GOP Critics: “Stop It. This Is Hard.”

I am tempted to call Mrs. Romney “The Queen of Mean” but that would put me on the same level as those who have been saying for at least five years that Michelle Obama is an angry Black woman.

The fact is we don’t know these women so I, for one,  won’t be so quick to play tit for tat.

During an interview with Radio Iowa last night, Ann Romney had a message for the growing ranks of Republicans who have criticized her husband in recent days.

Stop it. This is hard.

You want to try it? Get in the ring, she said.

This is hard and, you know, it’s an important thing that we’re doing right now and it’s an important election and it is time for all Americans to realize how significant this election is and how lucky we are to have someone with Mitt’s qualifications and experience and know-how to be able to have the opportunity to run this country.

My concern — and I don’t want to find out the anwer — is where he might run it… Into total chaos and sell it to someone?

Sorry; I was just wondering out loud…

      1. Seriously, it wouldn’t surprise me if Romney’s Bain model inclinations prevailed and he did what would best serve the immediate financial interests of the 1%ers if he became POTUS.

Romney is counting on the 99%ers voting against their (our) own financial interests – with many of them (us) doing so for reasons of race.

Personally, I think that’s where Romney is most out of touch with most ordinary Americans. Most ordinary Americans aren’t racist and most ordinary Americans aren’t stupid.

        Romney’s going to lose big!!

  2. Ann and Mitt Romney are used to speaking down to people as if they like the many servants that wait on them hand and foot. This is yet another example of her arrogance.
