Seriously? Newsletter Calls For ‘Armed Revolution’ If Obama Is Re-elected

Green County Virginia Gop

This is sad, despicable and un-American, all at once…

Daily Kos

Unemployment is down, the country is running a surplus for the first time since the economic disaster in 2008 (today’s news), our country is safer, OBL is dead, gas prices are headed down, health care reform has allowed children to NOT be excluded/ denied health insurance because of pre-existing conditions, etc.   Let’s just say that the President’s accomplishments are many.   http://obamaachievements.org/….

Despite this, there are right wing fringe extremists who want to literally incite violence if Obama is re-elected. Seriously? Yes, seriously. A group of hot heads from a very right GOP group in VA have expressed their desire to have an ‘ARMED REVOLUTION’ if the POTUS is re-elected. This hatred was published in their newsletter. I’m sure the editor who penned this knows his fellow GOP members well enough to understand their rage against the left or he wouldn’t have written it. Will we see more of this call to violence as election time nears?

Have you noticed that every since the Tea Party  was formed, this nation has seen more and more ‘hate groups’ pop up. Should certain factions of the Tea Party be on this map as well?

Democrats and Independents are pretty darn peaceful folks when you think about it. And let’s be honest … I’d say the majority of us do not own guns. Is it time to take notice and think about protecting ourselves? Not from the usual ‘bad guys,’ but from the extremists in the Republican party? This is scary stuff my friends. Who exactly will be the target of such an ‘ARMED REVOLUTION?’

  1. The hate and vitriol that has been spewing from the far right white started the moment that Barack Obama candidacy was announced and ratched up once they saw that he would be the nominee. Their contempt and hatred could not be contained once they saw that a Black man would hold the office of the most powerful position in the world a position they felt and feel is their entitlement, their birthright for the simple fact that the color of their skinis white. They have been attempting since the birth of this nation to maintain their supremacy you can see it through the reclassification in the early 20s of who could be considered white, skewing vote allegance through the revamping of felony laws in the early 1900′s and again in the 70′s which served to incarcerate at record numbers African Americn men, and through a myriad of other legislation, redistricting and voter suppression. This is not new but this hate is beyond all measure and yet the media and most people won’t call a spade a spade, for political correctness, Racism, fear, entitlement, hate of the black race or as Romney wife said his turn. As though for the last 400 years it has not always been their turn.
These people (and they are not all raging racist- and they are all not affiliated with a group.) don’t look at whats best for the country not even what is best for them or their offspring, they are blinded by hate. But just as dangerous as those who call for a race war are the men and women who are your pastors, preachers, grocers, mail carrier and the neighbor next door who don’t see their selves as racist and who despite their best interest, despite the fact that they know the lies that the Republican party advances they ALLOW themselves to do what they KNOW does not serve their interest and alighn themselves with the likes of Romney…and they can’t quite articlulate or are reluctant to admit that a black man has open the door for All Americans to hold the position of POTUS which had once been the entitlement of their children.

  2. I’m sorry, but this is not only voter intimidation, … this is criminal behavior. I expect these people to be prosecuted. I see this as a personal threat on my life.
