It’s my firm believe that the cockroach will not be the only survivor of a nuclear holocaust. It’s possible that Orly Taitz will be among the surviving species as well.
No matter how many times the Court has knocked her down by dismissing her cases before them, she gets back up and continues her frenetic attempts for someone in a judicial capacity to not only hear what she has to say, but to adjudicate her findings.
She came close, here in the state of Georgia, but ultimately ended up with egg on her face for the umpteenth time…

Orly Taitz took her anti-Obama birther crusade to GOP presidential candidate Newt Gingrich on Monday, only to come up empty-handed. Again.
At a campaign event in Pasadena, Calif., Gingrich took questions after delivering a stump speech blasting , among other things, “President Obama’s war on the Catholic Church” and the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, which recently overturned California’s same-sex marriage ban.
After answering concerns about the state of his campaign following a slide in recent polls and primary contests, Taitz came forward, suggesting that the birther issue could provide a “boost ” to his candidacy if he made it a hallmark issue.
“Somebody who wouldn’t be good enough, who wouldn’t be certified to pick tomatoes or clean bathrooms is sitting in the White House,” Taitz told Gingrich, reportedly to a mixed reception from the largely Tea Party audience.
“That’s a project you should pursue,” Gingrich responded. He went on to say that with ongoing economic issues and other mismanagement he saw in the president’s agenda, he had “enough issues to debate Obama about.”
Taitz, a California attorney and dentist, is one of the most outspoken members of the birther movement, whose adherents claim that Obama is ineligible to serve as president because he isn’t actually a U.S. citizen. (In fact, the White House has released the president’s long-form birth certificate, in hopes of quelling the conspiracy theories.) Taitz, who specifically believes that the president has forged his official documents, made something of a stir in Georgia last month when a judge subpoenaed Obama in a case her clients had filed attempting to bar Obama from the state’s primary ballot. Obama’s legal team ignored the judge’s order, however, and the case proceeded without him. It was eventually dismissed by the judge, who determined that Obama was eligible to be on Georgia’s primary ballot in March.

Jamar and V. Lyn – Your comments are so off the mark that you should be embarrassed for your lack of knowledge as to the real issue. It is a constitutional issue. A little reading on your part would add to your being able to make an educated comment. Making this issue into what you think is a racial problem shows how little you really know. You seem to forget that Obama is allegedly black and white. So your comment is negated by one half! You have the racist problem, not Orly. If you can’t say anything else, charge someone with racism; it doesn’t work anymore.
Obama’s citizenship is not in question as the author states “he isn’t actually a U.S. citizen.” The issue is Obama not being a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN which is a requirement for the office of the president. There is a Supreme Court case (1875) that stipulates what that is. Minor v Happersett is the precedent. It is being blurred and incorrectly defined by the Left. In this unanimous decision, the Supreme Court defined a “native or natural-born citizen” as a person born in the US to parents who were citizens; a definition which excludes from eligibility both Barack Obama and John McCain. Do you see that it says a child of two citizen parents? Do you see that both the black and white men do not meet the requirements? This has been the Constitutional issue since before the election, for both men. Born on US soil to two Citizen parents! Easy to understand in 8 words.
Now that you can read the paragraph above, it will be assumed that your comments will show a better understanding. You think Orly has audacity? How about the man who is sitting in the WH knowing full well he is not eligible to be there? How about that guy who has presented a forgery as the only document to prove who he is? I will believe that you both know right from wrong and can distinguish between the two. Are you willing to accept forged documents from the man who wants to run for the second time? Who is the person that has deceived the USA? Obama can’t pass E-verify and uses someone else’s social security number who was born in 1890. What does that tell you?
When will common sense ever sink in for folks arguing the ‘birther’ cause? At the end of the day, our President, had to submit to a background check for his job. A security clearance of the highest level had to be obtained because he IS the President of the United States. If you know anything about security clearances, you will know that they are not easy to obtain. They require EXTENSIVE background checks that are very very far reaching. So, common sense should dictate that our various government agencies would have performed a VERY THOROUGH due diligence and background check into our current President. #PoliticalParanoia and #ConspiracyTheories are SO 2011.
JF, in a word…never! Even after his TWO terms are up (yes I’m an optimist) they will continue to try and invalidate his presidency as long as he is alive. In fact their descendants will harass Obama descendants for ages, until they invalidate his presidency. Sad commentary, but these people are rabidly going after Obama with all they’ve got!
